Ritch Ryan
Ritch Ryan (M.Ed.) has been teaching physical education & health in the public school system for more than three decades. He has been involved in martial arts even longer, earning a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do in 1972 while in Vietnam and has continued training and teaching since then.
Ritch added Tai Chi to his training & teaching repertoire in 2001 to help heal is own back injury and has completed two Independent Studies involving Tai Chi: Tai Chi & Fibromyalgia and Tai Chi & Stress. He is committed to using Tai Chi to build health, rehab injuries and help alleviate chronic pain. (www.workout-taichi.com)
